Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church
Dear Friends,

Corpus Christi Catholic Church has begun the process of constructing an addition to the building which currently is being used on our Lubbock, Texas property. The new building will be the church, doubling the size of our present small chapel. The new construction will also provide space in the present building for bedrooms and classrooms.

Sacred Heart Major Seminary was relocated to Corpus Christi Catholic Church in June 2014. A seminarian is currently taking his theological courses at Sacred Heart at this time (2016).

It is our hope to also restart St. Anthony Minor Seminary in these same facilities. This will provide for a Catholic education for all interested young Catholic men.

Please take the time to read the letter from Most Rev. Giles Butler, OFM concerning this project.

Construction costs today are quite expensive. We are calling upon your generosity to help us with the funds which are needed to complete this project in a timely manner.

A benefactor has presented a challenge to all interested persons. For each person who is able to donate $1,000.00, he will match these up to $10,000.00.

Contributing to help build a Catholic church and the House of God is a most worthy cause. To assist in properly housing young men is an investment in the future of the Catholic Church. We wish to thank you for your generosity, support and prayers. All contributions are tax-deductible.

All benefactors will be remembered in our daily Masses as we say the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
